His extensive trial practice involves all aspects of complex divorce and child custody cases and related family law matters. His expertise in serving as a certified Superior Court Mediator and well respected Guardian Ad Litem representing the interests of children in contesed custody disputes, brings a unique perspective to those clients who are facing difficult divorce and custody cases.

For those clients who have been injured either at work or through someone else's carelessness, Attorney Garner can help sort through the maze of insurance company adjusters, medical providers and focus on obtaining fair treatment and compensation for their injuries. Whether by negotiated settlements or through litigation, you can be assured that your case gets the personalized attention of Attorney Garner at every step of the process.
