Christopher Garner is a member of the New Hampshire Bar
Association and is a 1981 graduate of Franklin Pierce
Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. He is also a member
of the Maine State Bar and is admitted to practice before
all State Courts in Maine and New Hampshire, the Federal
District Courts for the Districts of Maine and New Hampshire
and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Attorney Garner also
appears regularly before administrative agencies throughout
the state.
Following his graduation from law school, Attorney Garner
practiced law for three years in Maine and returned to New
Hampshire in 1985 where he spent the next five years at
the current firm of Borofsky, Lewis & Amodeo-Vickery in
Nashua. In 1990, he opened his own office for the practice
of law. The office is located in the Nashua historic district
in the distinctive 19th Century Queen Anne Victorian
building depicted on this website.
Attorney Garner has been an active member of the community
in which he lives and works. For more than ten years,
he served as a Big Brother in the Nashua Big Brothers/Big
Sisters Program and was a member of their board of directors
from 1995 through 1999. Currently, he serves on the Beaver
Brook Association, Board of Trustees. Beaver Brook is a
non-profit organization dedicated to land preservation,
stewardship and education. Attorney Garner has been
an adjunct faculty member in the Rivier College Paralegal
Studies Program, is involved in the YMCA, the Appalachian
Mountain Club and other civic organizations.
